Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 2/3 cup margarine softened
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 cups quick oatmeal
• 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Stir in raisins. Bake 350 for about 10 minutes.
