Ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 c. hot water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- Boil this all together.
- Stir in:
- 1 c. flour while boiling
- Let cool.
- Add 3 eggs
- Filling for Cream Puffs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 T. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cook until thick.

Step 1
Drop on greased cookie sheets and bake 10 min. at 450; then 25 min. at 350.
This can be doubled or tripled.
