- 1 c semisweet chocolate
- 3/4 c melted butter
- 1/2 oz cornstarch
- 1 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 T grand marnier

Step 1
Melt butter over double boiler. Add chocolate and continue heating until mixture is smooth. Combine sugar and cornstarch into mixing bowl. Add hot melted butter, chocolate mixture to sugar-cornstarch mixture. Beat well. Combine the eggs and egg yolks and add grand marnier. Add eggs all at one time. Continue to beat until well mixed. Chill mixture overnight.
Ingredients for white chocolate truffle
6 oz white chocolate
1 ½ oz heavy cream
1 oz grand marnier
1 ½ oz butter
Melt white chocolate with heavy cream over double boiler. Add butter and grand marnier. Pour into container and chill overnight.
Place 2 oz oc chocolate cake in ramekin dish. Place 1 oz white chocolate in center of dark chocolate. Cover with 2 oz chocolate cake batter. Bake 350, 15 minutes.
