Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 slices of bread (crusts only)
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and cool. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, mustard and beat again. Add bread and stir. Add cheese, sausage, mushrooms and stir.
Put in a greased glass baking dish and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
