Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices of bread (crusts only)
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown sausage and cool. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt, mustard and beat again. Add bread and stir. Add cheese, sausage, mushrooms and stir.
Put in a greased glass baking dish and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
