Caroline's Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 7/8 whole cloves of Garlic (the bigger, the better)
- 1 pound Spaghettini/Angel Hair (thin spaghetti) cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup minced Parsley
- Salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
- ½ cup extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 7/8 whole cloves of Garlic (the bigger, the better)
- 1 pound Spaghettini/Angel Hair (thin spaghetti) cooked and drained
- ¼ cup minced Parsley
- Salt to taste
Heat the Oil in a Skillet
Crush Garlic add to Oil and sauté until golden brown
Heat water for Pasta, once it comes to boil add a little salt and throw pasta in. Cook according to directions. (I like it al dente)
When draining pasta save about 1/2 cup of water and put it aside.
Pour Oil over cooked pasta, add the remaining water, minced Parsley and Salt. Make sure you give it a nice toss, you want to get all the flavors together!
p.s.
I also like to add fresh grated Locatelli cheese and Hot Pepper flakes to give it a little extra kick!
