Ingredients

  • Chocolate Brownies (very moist)
  • 1 cup plus 3 tablespoons butter or margarine (if you use margarine, be sure to use the kind that says good for baking)
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Cream Cheese filling for bars or cake
  • 1 8 oz cream chees
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • Whip up good and drop in dallops on bars or cake and then swirl in lightly.

Step 1

Beat the sugar and butter then add the eggs,baking powder, salt, vanilla and flour.....Spread into a greased 9 x 13 pan or a little larger ~ Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 28 minutes or until done in the center (check with a toothpick) Cool well and then frost with fudge frosting...
Frosting:
6 Tbsp. real butter
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
choc. chips (one small bag)
Melt slowly the butter, milk and sugar... take off of heat (do NOT boil or it will get sugary) add the choc. chips and stir till thick.
Can add a little vanilla if you wish.
