- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 10 slices French bread
- 2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice

Step 1
Beat together eggs, salt and 2/3 cup orange juice. Dip bread into mixture, then in to bread crumbs. Fry until golden. Combine corn syrup, orange peel and 1/4 cup orange juice; simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with the French toast.
