Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 Cups of Irish Whiskey
  • 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed Milk
  • (Not evaporated milk)
  • 1 Cup of Coffee
  • 1/2 pint of Cream (You can use 1/2 & 1/2)
  • 4 Eggs (Use only Grade A clean, uncracked eggs)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chocolate flavored syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons of Instant Coffee
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Almond extract.

Preparation

Step 1

1) In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth.
2) Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month.
3) Shake before serving.
