- 3 C. sugar
- 3/4 C. butter
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 C. marshmallow Crème
- 1 pk. Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. walnuts, optional
Heat sugar, butter & milk and bring to a full rolling boil in 3-quart
pan, on medium heat stirring constantly. Boil until candy thermometer reaches 234* stirring constantly to prevent scorching about 4 minutes.
Stir in chocolate & marshmallow crème until melted. Stir in vanilla & walnuts.
Spread immediately in 9" foil-lined pan. Cool at room temperature at least 4 hours. Cut into squares. Store in airtight container. makes 3#
