  • 2-1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 9 " unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, stir together pecans and flour. Set aside.

In a large saucepan, heat brown sugar and butter over medium heat until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir in pecan mixture. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell. Bake about 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
