Ingredients
- 1/2 package of bacon
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can whole pimento chopped
- 1/2 envelope beef bouillon
- Add manzanillo olives
- 1 envelope sazon with cilantro and achieve
- 2 tbsp. Green sofrito
- 6 cups of water
- 4 cups of rice
- Chicken

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon.
Add above ingredients.
Add cooked chicken to above mixture.
Bring to boil.
Stir so it won't stick and add adobo.
Turn down to low and cover, after 15 minutes move around and cover again.
Cook another 15 minutes and stir before serving.
