Ingredients

  • 1 lb pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T water
  • ___________________
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix water and egg white in large bowl
Beat with fork or whisk until frothy
Add nuts and toss until all are coated
Set aside

Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in small bow
Sprinkle over pecans and toss

Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread nuts on Pam sprayed cookie sheet.
Bake 14 minutes.
Turn nuts and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and loosen with spatula.
Cool for 20 minutes.
