Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tbs of butter
  • 1/4 cup of black beans/ drained and rinse
  • 2 tbs of your favorite salsa
  • 1/2 tsp BLUE MYSTIC SPICE Chipotle Taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/2 of an avocado mashed
  • 1 tbs of diced green onions
  • The juice from half a lime
  • A few jalapeno slices (optional)
  • Fresh Cilantro (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl mix together your beans, salsa, green onions lime juice and taco seasoning.

Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the un buttered side of one slice spread bean mixture onto it. Top with jalapenos, avocado and cheese, then with your bread.

Fry on medium/high heat until each side of your sandwich is browned.
