  • ● 3 qt. Bread
  • ● 1 1/2 cup chicken bouillon, 1 1/2 cubes + 1 1/2 cup water)
  • ● 3 eggs, beaten
  • ● 1 cup melted butter
  • ● 1 cup chopped onion
  • ● 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ● 1 tbsp salt
  • ● 1/2 tsp pepper
  • ● 2 cup celery, chopped
  • ● 1/2 cup pimentoes, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Break bread into bite-size pieces and lay out on cookie sheets-LET SIT OVERNIGHT.
2. Simmer butter, onions, and celery til onions are clear (May also do this night before) Put in fridge and reheat when ready to use.
3. Mix all ingredients and cook @ 350℉ for 30 min or til done.
