- 1 package spice cake
- 3.4 oz Jello Vanilla instant pudding
- 1 can canned pumpkin
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Add dry pudding mix and pumpkin. Spoon into muffin cups. Beat cream cheese add sugar and eggs. Add to cupcakes. Bake 18-21 minutes.
Icing: 1 box 10X sugar, 8 oz cc, 1 stick margarine, 1 tsp vanilla
