Pepperidge Farms puff pastry
Fruit – sliced
Egg wash (1 egg with a little milk)
Roll pastry out according to the directions. Score the outer edges to rise. Brush egg wash on the rim – let it drip into the center, but don’t brush the center. Arrange fruit (or grilled onions, etc.). Bake according to package directions. When almost done, drizzle with a little honey, sprinkle with raw sugar and almonds. Return to oven to finish baking.
