Ingredients
- FIRST LAYER ---
- 2 cups graham crackers
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1- 1/2 sticks of butter
- 2 ND LAYER- --
- 2 pkgs softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 RD LAYER---
- 1 can or 2 cups fresh pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Crush graham crackers, add sugar & stick of melted butter. Press firmly into a jellyroll pan, Bake crust for 7 mins at 350.
2. Cream together ingredients from 2 nd layer and spread & carefully, slowly over 1 st layer. chill 2 hours
3. combine 3rd layer, pour slowly over 2 nd layer. 4.Bake @350 for 35 to 40 mins.. Top with cool whip.
