Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 6 slices bacon or ham
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes in boiling water. Fry bacon. Brown onion and potatoes in bacon grease.
Combine onion, potatoes, bacon, cheeses, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into shallow 9x9" dish and bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
