Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 cup toasted almonds
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkg. potato chips, crushed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons onion, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 boiled eggs, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients (except chips) and pour into 9x13" pan. Before baking, add chips over the top. Bake @ 400 degrees for 2 minutes.
