Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 1/2 oz. can mild chili peppers
- 1 can rotel
- 1 5-6 oz. pkg. tortilla chips
- 8 oz. (or more) grated Mexican cheese
- 1 can chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, peppers and onion. Remove from heat and pour off grease. Add soups, chili peppers, rotel and broth. Alternate layers of chips, meat mixture and cheese in oblong baking dish begining with chips. Cover with foil and bake @ 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
