  • 2 pkgs. 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 + lbs. each: chopped onion, pimento and green pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and shape into ball. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Roll in chopped nuts before serving with crackers.
