Ingredients
- 1 can (19 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 C light sour cream
- 2 T tahini
- 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 t minced garlic
- 1 t grated lemon zest
- 1/2 t sesame oil
- 1/2 t each salt and granulated sugar
- 1/4 t each ground cumin and coriander

Step 1
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and whirl until smooth. Serve with warmed pita wedges or crisp veggies for dunking.
