Ingredients

  • 1 can (19 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 C light sour cream
  • 2 T tahini
  • 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 t minced garlic
  • 1 t grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 t sesame oil
  • 1/2 t each salt and granulated sugar
  • 1/4 t each ground cumin and coriander
