Pineapple Sheet Cake

Super moist and always a hit at church dinners. It makes a big dessert. My mom had 6 copies of this in her recipe box when I went through it after she passed away. She always had one ready to give away in case someone asked for the recipe.

Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 Cups flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 Chopped nuts
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple - not drained
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 3/4 powdered sugar
- 1/4 Cup nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix all ingredients, pineapple and nuts last. Put in large greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting:
Beat all ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Top with the 1/4 cup of nuts.
