Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cod fillet
- 5 oz scallops
- 5 oz cooked lobster
- 11 oz crab meat
- 4 oz shrimp
- 2 cups cooked diced potatoes
- 2 cups cooked diced carrots
- 2 TBSP margarine
- 2 cups celery
- 11/4 cups onions
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- Lots of fresh garlic minced
- 1 TBSP parsley
- Sauce
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups skim milk
- 3/4 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper, Paprika, dry mustard, Oregano, Thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Boil cod in salted water for a few minutes until cooked. Prepare the rest of the fish, by cutting in bite size pieces.
Cook the vegetables until tender
Prepare the sauce by melting the margarine, add flour, and cook for a few minutes. Add milk and stir constantly until it starts to thicken. Add cheese and seasonings. M8ix well.
Add all fish, carrots, potatoes, cooked vegetables
Put in pastry and bake at 350 until golden brown
