Ingredients
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1-3 drops green food coloring
- 2 eggs
- 1 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- Hershey kisses

Preparation
Step 1
In lg. bowl combine powdered sugar, butter, oil, almond extract, food coloring, eggs and pudding mix. Mix well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour, soda, cream of tartar. Mix well. Chill dough for easier handling. Shape 1" balls of dough around each Hershey kiss. Roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 min.
