Ingredients
- 4-5 lb. well-trimmed boneless beef brisket
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbs. worchestershire
- 1 bay leaf, crumbled
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Rub meat with salt. Place in ungreased baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover tightly. Bake at 325 for 3 hours.
