Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup grated swiss cheese, divided
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix, 3/4 cup cheese, ham and onion (reserve remaining cheese for later). Add milk, mix with fork until dough forms into a ball (add more milk if necessary). Turn out onto floured surface, knead for 30 seconds. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in flour. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese. Bake on ungreased baking sheet until golden brown 8-10 minutes.
