Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained and chopped (SAVE JUICE!)
- 1/2 cup combined juice and water
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons margarine melted
- 1/2 cup nuts

Step 1
Mix dry ingredients, Stir in liquid, egg, and margarine. Add cherries and nuts. Pour into greased, floured loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Let cool slightly.
