- One and a half cups mayonnaise
- One each 4 ounce jar diced pimentos drained
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces finely shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- Coarsely shredded 8 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 35o Cook pecans 8 to 10 minutes mix mayo pimento onion worchestershire sauce and pepper. And pecans and shredded cheeses to Mayo mixture stir until well blended store refrigerated up to one week
