Ingredients

• 1 pound sharp cheddar, grated
• 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sugar
