Rolo Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 24 quartered Rolos
• 3/4 cup toffee bits
• 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

One thing we did learn was to be sure not to have the rolos directly on the bottom of the dough when putting them on the cookie sheet or it oozes out the side of the cookies and can be kinda messy.

Cream butter, oil and sugars. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 6-8 minutes.
