Ingredients
- 11/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- Topping
- 1 can eagle brand chocolate sauce.

Step 1
HEAT oven to 325°F.
MIX graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
BEAT cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 55 min. or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
3. Bake 300F on 2nd rack for 45 minute. Lower heat 250F for 10 minutes.
Turn off oven. Leave in oven for 10-15 minutes more.
4. Cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4hrs.
5. Topping: Place 3/4 cup (175 mL) chocolate flavoured sauce in a small heavy bottomed saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Turn heat to medium low and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate until ready to use. Drizzle remaining chocolate flavoured sauce over slices before serving.
