Ingredients
- 1 cup Nabisco 100% Bran Cereal
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp each ground ginger, cinnamon & salt

Step 1
In large bowl, combine cereal, oats, and milk, let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sugar, butter, egg and molasses. In large bowl combine flours, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Stir cereal mixture into dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Spoon evenly into 12 large greased or paper-lined muffin cups. Bake in 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and firm to touch. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto rack to cool completely.
