- 3/4 cup water (70° to 80°)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Step 1
In bread machine pan, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select DOUGH CYCLE.
When dough cyclwe ends, form into loaf and place in my 10-inch ribbed loaf pan. Let rise till doubled.
Bake at 375 degrees (tenting after the first 15 minutes to prevent over-browning)for 25-45 minutes - or until Thermapen registers 212 degrees in center of bread.

Yes, this is a great recipe. It turned out the best I've had since my mom made bread during my childhood. I used milk instead of water the second time I made it, brown sugar and three teaspoons of yeast. Just tweaked it a bit but it turned out very good.
Great bread machine recipe! This is the first recipe that actually came out good, after trying different ones for my bread machine.
