- 2 pony shots / 60 ml / 2 fl oz Campari
- 1 fl oz Baitz Dark Crème de Cacao
- 1 fl oz heavy cream
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, to taste

Add Campari, Crème de Cacao and cream to a cocktail shaker ⅔ filled with ice. Shake vigorously until frothy. Using a Hawthorn strainer double strain the cocktail through a wire-mesh sieve into a double old-fashioned glass. Allow the foam to rise, then garnish with unsweetened cocoa powder. Makes 1.
