Ingredients
- Pancake
- 4 Eggs
- 3 C Milk
- 2 C Flour
- 4 T melted butter
- 1 t salt
- 2 T sugar
- Sauce
- 1/2 C (1 sticks butter)
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C whipping cream
- 1.5 t vanilla
- Jam or fresh berries for topping

Step 1
Combine all pancake ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, allow to rest for a few minutes.
Prepare 6 small baking dishes by greasing with butter. split batter among the dishes. Place on a baking sheet to catch any drips and cook at 425 for 25 to 30 minutes.
While the pancakes are baking, combine all the sauce ingredients except the vanilla in a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer until it begins to thicken, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve by placing jam or berries in each baking dish and serve with the sauce on the side.
