Ingredients
- Mix:
- Beat 3 eggs at high speed. Add 1 c sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2/3 c pumpkin
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Mix dry mixture into egg mixture and pour into greased and floured cookie sheet. Press 1 c chopped nuts on top and bake 375, 15 min.
Immediately turn onto tea towel and roll it up. Let cool. Rub a cold towel over pan to help get out of pan.
Filling:
1 ½ c 10X sugar, 8 oz cream cheese, 6 tsp soft margarine, ¾ tsp vanilla
