Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 Tbs liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbs Tabasco Sauce

Step 1
Cut meat into thin strips
Combine all ingredients and soak meat overnight
Turn oven on to lowest setting, hang meat on toothpicks on the oven rack for 12/24 hrs or to suit for drying.
