Ingredients
- Dipping Sauce:
- 6 Tbs. Kraft mayo
- 2 Tbs. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
- 4 small boneless chicken breasts cut lengthwise into 3 strips per breast.
- Panko seasoned coating mix
- 2 Tbs Ranch dressing
- 1 Tbs mayo
- couple chopped green onions

Step 1
Heat oven to 400*
Mix mayo, milk, salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir until evenly coated. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to marinate. Pour panko coating mix into a bowl. Dip chicken one strip at a time, coat evenly. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet, bake 20 minutes or until done.
Dipping Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and serve with chicken.
