Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 tbs Oat flour (or flour of choice) 1
- 1 tbs Protein powder (or 1 additional tbs of flour)
- 2 tbs Plain low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Egg white
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 3-5 pkts Stevia (or 1/2-1 tsp baking stevia or 1-2 tbs sweetener of choice)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbs Plain low fat Greek yogurt
- 1 pkt Stevia (or pinch of sweetener of choice)
- Oat flour is made very simply by grinding old fashioned oats in the blender or food processor until it reaches the texture of flour. Use gluten free oats if sensitive.

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a microwave safe mug with cooking spray. Place all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and stir until well combined. Pour batter into the prepared mug.
Place mug in the microwave and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds- 2 minutes, (depending on microwave), or until cinnamon bun is set! Enjoy with a protein packed icing by mixing yogurt with sweetner, placed in a ziplock bag, end snipped off, and swirled onto cinnamon bun!
