Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. Montreal Steak seasoning (divided)
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak; trimmed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Pam spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large zip-loc plastic bag; add 1 Teaspoon pepper seasoning and steak.
Marinate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill or preheat broiler.
Remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Sprinkle steak with remaining pepper seasoning and salt.
Place steak on grill rack, or broiler pan coated with Pam, cook 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices
