Tuna-Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

  • 7 oz can tuna, rained
  • 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, including tops, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp mayo or sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp thyme or oregano
  • 4 french or Italian sandwich rolls, cut in half horizontally

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 375. Combine tuna, lemon juice, cheese, green onions, mayo and thyme. Fill each roll with about 1/2 cup tuna mixture. Wrap in foil. Bake in preheated over for 15 minutes or until heated through.
