- 1 medium banana, sliced into chunks and frozen
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1-1/2 cups low-fat (1%) milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
