Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix
- 1 8 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 8 oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)or frozen
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded
- Option: add green chilies for extra flavor.

Step 1
Combine eggs, muffin mix, corn, sr. cream & butter. Spread in a 11 x 7 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top & bake 10-15 minutes more. Can put cheese in the recipe instead of on top.
