Ingredients
- 3/4 c light corn syrup
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Place corn syrup, brown sugar, butter & salt in saucepan. Bring to boil until sugar is dissolved (5 minutes) Cool 3-5 minutes. In another saucepan, bring cream to boil. Whisk cream into sugar mixture. Cool to room temperature.
