Ingredients
- 1 lg round loaf french bread
- 2 pkgs (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 cans (6.5 oz) chopped clams, drained, reserve 1/4 of the liquid
- 2 tbs minced onion
- 2 tbs beer
- 2 tsp ea worcestershire sauce & lemon juice
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Raw veggies for dipping

Step 1
1. Hollow loaf, cut removed bread into cubes.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in clams, the reserved clam juice, onion, beer, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper sauce, and salt until well blended. On a baking sheet, make a cross with 2 sheets of foil each long enough to cover bread shell. Pour mixture into shell & cover with bread top. Wrap loaf with foil.
3. Bake in preheated oven of 250 for 3 hours. Remove top, sprinkle with parsley.
