- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 flour
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Buttercream Frosting
- Melted Chocolate

Step 1
Melt butter, sugar and corn syrup in a pot. Add in flour, chopped pecans and mix well. Put small teaspoon circles of batter on a silpat. Only 6 at a time. Back at 350 watching all the time. Just as it bubbles and starts to brown take out and form cylinders. Let cool completely, fill with buttercream and dip one end in melted chocolate. Keep in air tight container in the fridge. Adding orange peel and Grand Marnier really kicks it up with great flavor.
