Chicken Spaghetti (Preferred)

Ingredients
- 1 large chicken or hen
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 oz can of mushrooms
- 4 oz can diced water chestnuts
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 8 oz or 1/21b spaghetti
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- Optional: 2 small jars of pimento

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken - remove meat from bones - leave in fairly large pieces
Save broth
In margarine saute onion, pepper and celery
Add mushrooms and water chestnuts
Add both cans of soup
Add cheese
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth, but do not drain.
(Note may not need quite that much broth - do not over cook the pasta
Combine all ingredients together
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or qntil bubbly in a 9" X 13" pan or 2 medium casserole dishes.
Freezes well
