- 1 LB BEEF TENDERLOIN, CUT INTO 1/2 INCH PIECES
- 1 TSP KOSHER SALT
- 1 TSP FRESHLY CRACKED BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 CUP DICED SWEET ONION
- 1/4 CUP DICED GREEN BELL PEPPER
- 1 CLOVES GARLIC, FINELY CHOPPED
- 3 TBSP STEAK SAUCE
- 2 TBSP PACKED DARK BROWN SUGAR
- 1/8 TSP RED PEPPER SAUCE
- 1 TSP GROUND MUSTARD
- 6 POTATO SANDWICH ROLLS OR BRIOCHE ROLLS, SPLIT AND TOASTED

1 IN 10 INCH SKILLET, HEAT OIL OVER MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. ADD BEEF, SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER. COOK 4 TO 5 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL BROWNED. STIR IN ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT ROLLS. COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES LONGER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER AND JUICES THICKEN SLIGHTLY
2 TO SERVE, USE SLOTTED SPOON TO PLACE ABOUT 1/3 CUP BEEF MIXTURE ON EACH ROLL
