STIR IN ALL REMAINING INGREDIENTS EXCEPT ROLLS. COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES LONGER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY UNTIL VEGETABLES ARE TENDER AND JUICES THICKEN SLIGHTLY

2 TO SERVE, USE SLOTTED SPOON TO PLACE ABOUT 1/3 CUP BEEF MIXTURE ON EACH ROLL
