Ingredients

  • 5 boneless breasts
  • flour
  • 3 cloves pressed garlic
  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • parsley to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Flour the chicken breasts, then pound between waxed paper. Brown in butter and garlic, add both as needed. Remove chicken.

In same pan, boil chicken broth, white wine, and parsley.

Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

Serve over pasta or rice.
